As an Integrated Energy Therapist and intuitive Reiki practitioner, Kristina naturally holds space with grace & groundedness—whether she’s in a session or simply sitting in circle. Her gift is helping others feel safe enough to unravel, release, & return to their authentic selves.
She’s one of the energetic anchors in this space & creates the kind of quiet, sacred “bubble” where deep transformation can unfold. That kind of space-holding isn’t passive—it’s a power move, & it matters. Her presence reminds us that healing doesn’t always look loud, but it is always intentional.
Kristina is also a devoted single mother to a teenage daughter, showing us what it looks like to lead and evolve at the same time.
